摘要: Pyrolysis-field ionization mass spectrometry (Py-FIMS) was used to analyze organic matter formed by the composting of cow manure. Analyses were done on samples withdrawn during four characteristic phases (mesophilic, thermophilic, cooling, and maturation) process. The components that identified included carbohydrates, phenols, monomeric dimeric lignins, n-C 38 51 n-alkyl monoesters, 15 34 fatty acids, sterols, heterocyclic N. Sterols animal plant origins detected in relatively large amounts. Among N forms, indole predominated. During thermophilic phase, carbohydrates n-fatty acids increased. cooling concentrations increased, while lignins degraded complex waxes acids. maturation phase characterized decreases all identifiable components, indicating formation chemically more structures.
