摘要: The vascular pattern inside the otic capsule was studied by injecting colored compounds into human temporal bones. In specimens from individuals of all age groups, one could fill network means following injections: Injections anterio-inferior cerebellar artery system (a.i.c.a.) or common carotid respectively. both mentioned origins with differently same specimen revealed numerous end to anastomoses between intra- and extracranial vessels. These were found too inferior petrosal sinus ad.c.a. branches. By different injections observe an especially dense vascularity area, which named “vascular key area”. It included basal part bony separation cochlear coils plus adjacent area cochlea, middle ear promontory, vestibule internal auditory canal fundus. main route for connections membranous structures remote regions as par example occured here too. possible clinical importance these data discussed in case otosclerosis, embolism, intracanalicular acoustic neurinomas und presbyacusis.
