摘要: This highlight presents a review of porphyrin paddlewheel frameworks (PPFs) created using metalloligands and secondary building units. The combination these two components, along with dipyridyl pillaring linkers, results in the assembly 25 PPFs. We describe topology control exhibited this series by considering preferred coordination geometry blocks, length steric effects pillars, use sequential self-assembly. These PPFs related porphyrinic metal–organic are emerging as important materials for applications such heterogeneous catalysis, gas storage, light harvesting.
