摘要: To evaluate the impact of healthy aging on specific features endogeneous LH secretion and clearance, we applied deconvolution analysis to 24-h serum immunoradiometric concentration series obtained in normal men whose ages ranged from 21-73 yr. Deconvolution was employed quantitate number, amplitude, duration, mass individual secretory bursts underlying profiles, simultaneously estimate half-life men.
