摘要: Based on the finding that amino-terminal tryptic peptide of actin is a reliable marker for divergence, we describe in detail highly sensitive protein-chemical procedure typing. The method performed non-radioactively labelled cells and tissues six actins can be identified unambiguously warm-blooded vertebrates. quantitative gives directly ratio different present specimens. It does not require previous purification used total cellular extracts without any prior fractionation. extended to previously characterized by amino acid sequence analysis makes certain predictions possible about partial sequences peptides, mostly sufficient correlation with DNA derived from cloned genes. This done as an example cytoplasmic Schneider L-2 Drosophila melanogaster cells. Although currently routinely 105 cells, modifications are discussed, which should allow even higher sensitivity.
