摘要: Response of plants towards salinity is multigenic in nature with its various components playing diverse roles stress perception, relay or response. For the purpose dissecting genetic determinants response crops, family Brassicaceae presents an excellent model since significant inter- and intra-specific variations have been reported for tolerance. Using these intraspecific Brassica, we show that one possible mechanism by which a genotype able to exhibit tolerance better than another keeping basal levels responsive transcripts higher sensitive genotype. This quite reflected when analyze members specific pathway such as SOS even extend analysis range molecules including those important role signal transduction However, investigations need be extended genome level transcript further validate hypothesis “well preparedness” tolerant genotypes propose suitability Brassica this endevours.
