摘要: The destruction of gaseous toluene was carried out in a tubular multilayer dielectric barrier discharge reactor which can yield steady state low-temperature plasma with an array structure. research investigated under different relative humidities, input voltages, energy densities, consumption and the processing capacities. results showed that highest removal efficiency capacity (γ) were acquired using additional width 2 mm between adjacent quartz tubes, reached 86.5% γ increased to 6272 kg/s m3 at voltage 6 kV. gas-phase by-products (O3, NOx, COx intermediate organics) also presented reaction mechanism described according decomposition tunnels.
