摘要: Campylobacter (C.) fetus (epsilonproteobacteria) is an important veterinary pathogen. This species currently divided into C. subspecies (subsp.) (Cff) and subsp. venerealis (Cfv). Cfv the causative agent of bovine genital Campylobacteriosis, infectious disease that leads to severe reproductive problems in cattle worldwide. Cff a more general pathogen causes mainly sheep although can also be affected. Here we describe multiplex PCR method detect differentiate between single step. The assay was standardized using cultured strains successfully used analyze abomasal liquid aborted fetuses without any pre-enrichment Results our were completely consistent with those traditional bacteriological diagnostic methods. Furthermore, technique developed may easily adopted by molecular laboratory as complementary tool for detecting obtaining epidemiological information about abortion events cattle.
