摘要: Purpose To evaluate changes in the corneal profile after Descemet stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK) using anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) analysis and to describe its relationship a dynamic postoperative hyperopic shift. Setting John A. Moran Eye Center, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, USA. Methods In this retrospective observational study, 9 eyes had DSEK were followed with manifest refractions AS-OCT analysis. assess thickness cornea, measurements for each image taken at vertex 1.5 mm on side vertex, distal edges graft. Results Patients mean 134 days (range 46 228 days). Monthly Graft thinning rates 5.2 μm per month 7.9 from 26 edges, significantly faster than cornea (P = .0024) points either 3.0 visual axis .0018). The spherical equivalent (SE) showed an initial shift that decreased over ensuing 100 200 postoperatively. monthly SE change was −0.25 diopter (D) preoperative +1.26 D. Conclusions donor graft underwent DSEK, which may account induced hyperopia diminishment time via posterior curvature. suggest intraocular lenses be targeted −1.00 −1.25 D myopia combined cataract procedures.
