摘要: Rats were conditioned by pairing consumption of a novel sodium saccharin drinking solution with the effects an ip injection 75 mg/kg cyclophosphamide, immunosuppressive drug. Five and ten days after conditioning, experimental group animals (Group CS) was reexposed to solution. Control CSo) but not saccharin. On Day 10, 15, or 25 injected sheep erythrocytes (SRBC), independent subgroups sampled for hemagglutinating antibody titer 4, 6, 8 later. There significant effect sample time (antibody titers 4 immunization lower than values observed 6 immunization) treatment; CS had attenuated response. no differences between Group CSo placebo-treated animals, antigenic stimulation. These are more pervasive those previously reported suggest that reexposure may have long-lasting effects. More generally, these data provide further documentation immunopharmacologic impact behavioral factors in modifying immunologic reactivity.
