摘要: Acute biliary conditions include cholangitis, obstruction, and leakage. All these may lead to severe sepsis, which can be life threatening. Infected obstructed cholangitis is a medical emergency that requires active therapy early decompression recommended. This article provides an overview of the clinical presentations management sepsis. The technique, applications, outcomes percutaneous transhepatic drainage those related gall bladder are highlighted. Future alternatives conventional discussed.
