摘要: There has been considerable and increasing interest in the possibility of applying regional science models to problems economic policy. The aim such applications is summarised by Isard (1975, p. 495) as ranging from accurate description present states trends, planning industries, towns transport facilities at most complicated level ‘proposing structure functions a new mode within hierarchical world order, capable evolving administering environmental-management policy multiregion development program’. Despite aims, however, used often show little consideration for effects formulation their equations; there complete lack specification any instruments with which operate policy, are based on static equilibrium assumptions.
