摘要: A dart entered the eye of a 6-year-old boy causing retinal hole located inferotemporal to macula. The was treated with an argon laser, and two months after injury, tissue organization in vitreous track created by caused limited separation stress lines. preretinal fibrosis developed above temporal macula, visual acuity decreased 6/60 (20/200). Four membrane spontaneously separated from macula extramacular nidus, subsequently improved 6/9 (20/30).
