摘要: Summary The CO2 laser welding of A3003, A7N01, A5052 and A5182 aluminium alloys, was carried out at different speeds powers. behaviour porosity in the welds investigated to make clear mechanism formation. Three types more than 20 μm diameter were observed. According analysis gas hydrogen about 60 80 vol% total gas, with rest being nitrogen helium. For Al-Mg most small pores formed along solute band magnesium enrichment, since had higher solubility for liquid state pure aluminium. It is concluded that formation greatly influenced by content Al alloys owing interaction magnesium.
