摘要: OBJECTIVE: To test whether overfeeding isoenergetic doses protein, carbohydrate and fat would differentially influence appetite on the same day, subsequent day's food intake. DESIGN: Six men were each studied three times a 5-day protocol. On days 1 2 they fed medium (MF) maintenance diet (comprising 40:47:13% fat, CHO protein by energy) calculated at 1.6 x RMR. Subjects entered calorimeter 08.00 day 3 for 48 h. (manipulation day), ate MF 1.5 RMR with an additional 0.6 as (HP), (HC) or (HF). 4 5, (outcome days), subjects had ad libitum access to isoenergetically dense (40:47:13) foods (550kJ/100 g). Subjective hunger satiety tracked hourly during waking hours throughout 1-5. RESULTS: Throughout felt significantly more full less hungry high relative other two diets (P = 0.002). Also end of overfed nutrient led significant increase in its own balance < 0.01). These effects did not energy The alterations partially buffered increases oxidative disposal macronutrient (which was proportionately greater 0.001) than 0.07) 0.1)). CONCLUSIONS: HP satiating that isoenergetically-dense HC HF are eaten. transiently after meal. This study supports previous work which suggests relatively large changes produced one appear be poorly compensated intake men.
