摘要: Freight carriers within urban areas are increasingly being required to arrive at customers designated time windows the framework of just-in-time transportation. This paper evaluates performance a probabilistic model developed using stochastic programming determine optimal routes for local delivery problem. The uses information relating variability travel times as part its formulation. Simulation was used compare with that forecast model.
