Thirty Wistar male rats were divided randomly into 4 groups (Control group, DMBA HP + DMBA HP group). defense mechanisms tissue blood samples evaluated biochemically immunohistochemically, carcinomatous changes connective investigated immunohistochemically epithelial histopathologically. Results revealed inhibitory some enzymes (catalase, glutathione peroxidase). Immunohistochemical evaluations no invasive tissue. demonstrated chemopreventive although it did not prevent altogether. Conclusions a promising agent further studies are needed order evaluate full potential plant.
