摘要: The oocytes of many organisms, including frogs and fish, contain a distinct cytoplasmic organelle called the Balbiani body. Because scarcity published information tremendous variability in appearance, ultrastructure, composition bodies between species, function body its inter-species homology remain mystery. In Xenopus laevis, is known to play role transporting germ cell determinants localized RNAs oocyte vegetal cortex. however, molecular has not been studied date, remains completely unknown. We have ultrastructure previtellogenic sturgeon, Acipenser gueldenstaedtii, by using electron microscopy, situ hybridization, immunostaining. found that sturgeon two zones cytoplasm: homogeneous (organelle-free) granular (organelle-rich). also ooplasm, which we term cytoplasm, shares important homologies, both composition, with bodies.
