摘要: THE haemoglobins of mice were first shown to exist in two different inherited forms by Ranney and Gluecksohn-Waelsch1,2 using paper electrophoresis. Their work was confirmed extended Russell Gerald3, who found only haemoglobin types, diffuse single, among twenty inbred lines mice, the starch-block technique. Starch-gel electrophoresis gives a better resolution proteins than either these techniques, there have been three accounts4–6 detection slow-moving bands starch gel with continuous borate buffer. Popp St. Amand4 noted also peaks ultracentrifuge analysis haemoglobin. Ranney, Marlowe-Smith Gluecksohn-Waelsch5 observed that both slowest band electrophoretic pattern faster peak increased when solution stored for 4 weeks at 4° C. Rosa et al.6 tested six lines, five which those used claimed they could be further sub-divided into least four taken account.
