摘要: The development of a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based fingerprinting method for the characterization Giardia duodenalis isolates is described. uses three different PCRs; one specific A (“Polish”) major group G. isolates, another B (“Belgian”) isolates; and amplifies fragment glutamate dehydrogenase gene present in all isolates. PCRs perform highly sensitively on DNA from cultured trophozoites. Isolates were further characterized by restriction-fragment-length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis PCR products. In this way, representative groups could be grouped together into number subgroups. stability genotypes with time reproducibility two methods tested cloned subcloned lines proved to satisfactory. PCR/RFLP was evaluated cysts derived human patients. It concluded that described paper provides reliable has potential used as direct typing feces.
