摘要: Du point de vue biologique, la caracteristique majeure des CAPI consiste en un desequilibre entre croissance metastases et l’inhibition relative ou absolue tumeur primitive. Des travaux recents ont mis evidence une divergence clonale limitee les differents foyers tumoraux CAPI. Cela tend a prouver que fonctions cellulaires metastatiques — telles mobilite, survie cellulaire isolee invasivite sont acquises avant dissemination tumorale soit dans site primitif resteinapparent, foyer metastatique pouvant servir relais. resultats obtenus notre equipe suggerent certaines categories mutations du ge`ne TP53 observees prefe- rentiellement En outre, nos etudes genomique fonctionnelle montrent plusieurs genes, controlant metastatiques, modalites d’expression differentes secondaires.
