摘要: The ultrastructural appearances of corneal crystalloidal deposits are described in two patients with an IgG-k paraproteinemia uncertain pathogenesis. crystalloids one patient were overwhelmingly intracellular and found mainly stromal keratocytes, but also basal epithelial cells the limbal vascular endothelium. Four types crystalloid or immunoprotein-containing granules recognizable this case: 1) fibrillary a curvilinear filamentous substructure; 2) angulated geometric that often had linear substructure transverse oblique periodicity; 3) cordlike crystalloids; 4) lysosomelike amorphous contents.
