摘要: Abstract During a four-year period, five of 49 671 parturients were admitted on prospective study protocol for repeated direct blunt abdominal trauma due to falls during pregnancy. Preterm contractions noted in three patients one which delivered preterm. No delayed abruptio placentae, intrauterine growth restriction or antepartum death encountered. All spontaneously. Repeated occurs rarely Routine hospitalised surveillance the absence vaginal bleeding uterine may not be warranted.
