摘要: Jolkinolide B (JB) is a bioactive compound isolated from Chinese herbal medicine that exerts antitumor activity. However, the anti-lymphoma effect of JB and its mechanism are yet to be revealed. Because free has poor pharmacokinetics weak efficacy, we opted use black phosphorus quantum dot (BPQD) nanomaterials as drug loading platform synthesize nano-traditional (nano-TCM) called BPQDs@JB. Compared with JB, Raji cells administrated BPQDs@JB exhibited cell viability 19.85 ± 1.02%, production intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) was promoted. Likewise, capable rising apoptosis rate 34.98 1.76%. In nude mice transplanted tumor model BPQDs@JB, tissue sections BPQDS@JB achieved conspicuous red fluorescence, demonstrating presence most ROS in BPQDS@JB. TUNEL number positive (brown) nuclei vivo, revealing could significantly induce apoptosis. As revealed mentioned results, can generate considerable interfere redox state inhibit tumor. brief, may adopted treatment option for lymphoma.
