摘要: The aim of this experiment was to evaluate the effects bioactive peptides derived from sesame meal (BPSM) compared with mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS) as a prebiotic supplementation and avilamycin (as an antibiotic) on productive performance, internal organs, gut microbial population, intestinal morphology in broiler chickens. A total 300 one-day- old chicks were randomly allocated into 6 treatments 5 replicates per treatment 10 birds replicate. experimental control diet or supplemented 50, 100 150 (mg/kg) BPSM MOS (2 g/kg) (10 mg/kg). Growth performance traits, including daily weight gain, food intake conversion ratio (FCR) recorded. At end study, carcass characteristics, microbiot, morphometric indices determined. results indicated that gain increased (P < 0.05) received mg/kg days 1–11 1–32, respectively. dietary did not affect consumption broilers. However, FCR improved chickens fed supplement (P < 0.05). Inclusion BPSM, antibiotic had no effect relative length organs group, except for gizzard day 32. significantly lower than group Addition caecum population Lactobacilli Besides, diets antibiotic, all graded levels decreased viable cell count Escherichia coli segment In mrphometric indices, villus greater MOS, addition, crypt depth conclusion, positive microbiota, clearly evident
