摘要: The aim of this study is to investigate and explore the critical success factors (CSFs) for corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices in Malaysian automotive industry. Data were obtained from 27 top management leaders Reliability analysis empirically verified validated underlying items CSFs CSR practices. A set assessment measurements expected be suitable their characteristics improve performance.
