摘要: ABSTRACT H.J. JORGENSEN, T. MORK, H.R. HOGA˚ SEN AND L.M. RORVIK. 2005. Aims: To investigate the presence of enterotoxigenic Staphylococcus aureus in bulk milk and a selection rawmilk products. Methods results: Samples bovine (n ¼ 220) caprine 213) milk, raw products(n 82) were analysed for S. aureus. Isolates tested staphylococcal enterotoxin (SE) production (SEA-SED) by reversed passive latex agglutination SE genes (sea–see, seg–sej) multiplex PCR. Staphylococcusaureus was detected 165 (75%) 205 (96AE2%) samples 31 (37AE8%) product samples. Enterotoxin observed 22AE1% 57AE3% isolates frombovine respectively, while 52AE5% and55AE8% isolates. SEC sec most commonly detected. A greater diversity SEgenes vs isolates. Conclusions: seems highly prevalent Norwegian frequently produceSEs contain genes. Enterotoxigenic also found products.Significance Impact Study: mayconstitute risk with respect to food poisoning from products. Keywords: enterotoxins, products,
