摘要: Abstract About 50 per cent of rabbit pulmonary cytochrome P-450 is destroyed by treatment the intact animal, microsomes, or systems reconstituted from purified mono-oxygenase components with 4-methylbenzaldehyde. The loss accompanied an equimolar heme. action 4-methylbenzaldehyde requires presence NADPH and O2 appears to result P-450-catalyzed metabolism. Selective destruction one known forms does not account for lack complete 4-methylbenzaldehyde; about each form occurs in vivo systems. However, II affected a greater extent than I when microsomes are incubated portion degraded be protected some factor produced during incubation. This also protects against cumene hydroperoxide
