摘要: Crystals of tin dioxide, SnO2, have been grown pure or doped with a few percent antimony using vapor growth methods in order to investigate the microstructures reduced and oxidized SnO2. They were examined by X-ray diffraction optical electron microscopy. SnO2 crystals found contain faults, but antimony-doped extensively twinned some regions. Reduction yield CS phases was unsuccessful. These results are discussed terms known crystal chemistry oxides involved.
