摘要: Southeast Asian countries host significant numbers of forcibly displaced populations, both within and across borders. This brief review paper provides a basic overview on recent forced migration research in Asia for the period 2013 to 2018. To this end, keyword search with two predefined sets terms was carried out Web Science database September The identified literature corpus then analyzed regarding persons concern, study site(s) (country/ies) as well main drivers migration. results show that major part studies focuses refugees asylum seekers region’s countries, namely Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia. correspondence between current trends distribution could, however, not be internally (IDPs). Although account substantial share worldwide IDPs, only very limited number focus group concern.
