摘要: SUMMARY Flammulina velutipes fruitbodies were grown on nutrient-supplemented poplar sawdust. Cells in the middle and tip of stipe became longer with increasing fruitbody length, but cells at base ceased to elongate when reached 2-3 cm. Cell width also increased elongating stipes. Elongation region accelerated onset rapid growth, continued maximum rate (110 /m/day) for three-quarters that phase, had almost growth declined. apical elongated only about one-seventh during elongation. The zone its length latter phase elongation, then shorter restricted upper stipe. elongation regions accounted most this was accompanied by cell divisions. number a row quadrupled between primordium stage 40% thereafter. Stipe pileus usually binucleate primordia. Subsequently, context multinucleate those lamellar trama remained binucleate. nuclei doubled early development, mean 9.1-9.2 In basal nuclear before growth. No correlation found size.
