摘要: This paper proposed a low-voltage and low-power current-to-voltage converter with controllable transconductance. The circuit uses newly approximation function to increase the dB-linear output range. In 0.25 /spl mu/m CMOS process, simulations show 58 dB voltage range 46 linearity error less than plusmn/0.5 dB. average power dissipation is 0.8 mW at 1.5 V supply voltage. can be used for design of an extremely variable gain amplifier (VGA) automatic control (AGC).
