摘要: Abstract Using the abdominal constriction response as criterion for analgesia, mice tested immediately after a period of footshock showed significant analgesic compared with non-footshocked controls. Footshock induced analgesia could not be elicited in that had been made tolerant to morphine or pretreated narcotic antagonist naloxone. It is concluded mouse due release endogenous opioid peptides.
