摘要: Abstract We have developed a MATLAB software package for the most common models used to interpret deformation measurements near faults and active volcanic centers. The emphasis is on analytical of that can be compared with data from Global Positioning System (GPS), InSAR, tiltmeters strainmeters. Source include pressurized spherical, ellipsoidal sill-like magma chambers in an elastic, homogeneous, flat half-space. Dikes are described following mathematical notation rectangular dislocations All expressions been checked typographical errors might present original literature, extended strain within Earth's crust (as opposed only surface) verified against finite element models. A set GPS 2006 eruption at Augustine Volcano (Alaska) test package. results show best fit source spherical intrusion ( Δ V = 5 × 10 − 4  km3), about 880 m beneath volcano's summit.
