摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate whether soccer free kick training improves the knuckle ball technique adolescent and adult male players after a three week period using either internal or external focus attention instructions. Much evidence has been gathered in literature showing that an (i.e., on movement effects) is more effective than movements themselves) during learning.
