摘要: The need for a liquid biopsy in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients is rapidly increasing. We studied the relation between overall survival (OS) and presence of four biomarkers from single blood draw advanced NSCLC patients: EpCAMhigh circulating tumor cells (CTC), EpCAMlow CTC, tumor-derived extracellular vesicles (tdEV) cell-free DNA (ctDNA). CTC were detected with CellSearch, tdEV CellSearch images filtration after CellSearch. ctDNA was isolated plasma mutations present primary tracked deep sequencing methods. In 97 patients, 21% had ≥2 15% 27% ≥18 19% ≥10% mutant allele frequency. Either one these could be 45% all 2%. 11 out 16 (69%) ctDNA. Two or more unfavorable associated poor OS. elevated levels OS; however, not. This tube approach enables simultaneous analysis multiple to explore their potential as biopsy.
