摘要: Background Hispanic women have a higher incidence of cervical cancer than all other races and ethnicities. In subgroups, Mexican American were among the least likely to received screening. recent RCT, Ayudando las Mujeres con Informacion, Guia, y Amor para su Salud (AMIGAS) was shown increase screening rates descent at 6 months in intervention arms compared control arm. Limited information exists about economics interventions descent. Purpose This study aims estimate cost-effectiveness alternative AMIGAS methods for increasing low-income three U.S. communities. Methods Cost data collected from 2008 2011 alongside 613 women. Receipt Pap test within primary outcome measure analysis, conducted during 2012−2013. Results The cost per additional woman screened comparing video-only usual care $980. increased $1,309 with participant time included. With an $3.90 flipchart only, full program (video plus flipchart) yielded 6.8% screened. Conclusions on average incremental elements may assist health policymakers managers select appropriately budget
