摘要: Major, trace element and isotopic (Sr, Nd, Pb) data are reported for representative samples of interplinian (Protohistoric, Ancient Historic Medieval Formations) activity Mt. Somma-Vesuvius volcano during the last 3500 years. Tephra lavas exhibit significant major, variations. Integration these with those obtained by previous studies on older Somma suites latest activity, allows to better a complete petrological geochemical evolution magmatism. Three main groups rocks recognized. A first group is than 12.000 yrs, includes effusive-explosive Somma. The second (8000–2700 yrs B.P.) products emitted Ottaviano (8000 yrs. Avellino (3550 plinian eruptions associated Protohistoric Formation. Formation (79–472 A.D.), (472–1139 A.D.) Recent (1631–1944 belong third (79–1944 A.D.). three display distinct positive trends alkalis vs. silica, which become increasingly steeper age. In there an increase in silica time, whereas opposite tendency observed two younger groups.
