摘要: In recent years, the average age of workers has risen. Because that, work ability is reducing in many sectors, especially a public context. Given above, it necessary to investigate individual and organisational resources that can play role protection ability. This study investigates administrative workers, examines selection, optimisation, compensation (SOC) as form mediation between job control ability, explores relationship control, age, SOC strategies via moderated models. The findings indicate strategies, correlate but effect these factors different. Job are positively related relates use optimisation compensation. However, only mediate association Finally, moderates on suggest interventions, such training, promotion, may help sustain among elderly workers.
