摘要: Abstract The hydrolytic degradation of poly( d , l -lactide- co -glycolide) (PLGA) nanoparticles loaded with bovine serum albumin (BSA) covalently labelled a fluorescent dye (FITC) was investigated spectrally resolving the fluorescence signals. Studies have been conducted in-vitro in phosphate buffer saline and human adult bone marrow-mesenchymal stem cell cultures. We demonstrated that PLGA degraded heterogeneous manner particle agglomeration process occurs after 21 days incubation owing to fragmentation leading cargo release. Additionally, we showed up-taken FITC-BSA-PLGA by cells may be monitored emission spectrum released FITC-BSA shifted towards shorter wavelengths becomes narrower, 230 h. Moreover, changes spectra revealed protein is during polymer degradation.
