摘要: Spermiogenesis and ultrastructure of the spermatozoon two bothriocephalidean cestodes, Oncodiscus sauridae from lizardfish Saurida nebulosa Valenciennes, 1850 Senga sp. eel Mastacembelus armatus (Lacepede, 1800), have been studied using transmission electron microscopy. included formation a zone differentiation, where centrioles associated with striated rootlets occur. An intercentriolar body composed one thick central electron-dense plate thinner plates on each side appears between centrioles. Two flagella unequal length grow undergo vertical rotation proximodistal fusion median cytoplasmic process. Subsequently, nucleus penetrates into extension. The material in early stages spermiogenesis is characteristic for apical region differentiation zone. This typical basal tapeworms, e.g., Bothriocephalidea, Caryophyllidea, Diphyllobothriidea, Spathebothriidea. mature O. filiform possesses axonemes 9 + “1” trepaxonematan pattern, nucleus, cortical microtubules, granules. anterior part gamete contains single crested body. most interesting character found presence ring microtubules encircling axoneme spermatozoon. feature has detected only species order Bothriocephalidea may represent synapomorphy these tapeworms. A classical pattern spermatological characters (spermiogenesis type I dense sperm II part) discussed.
