摘要: Over the last twenty years of research on cellular mechanisms pain hypersensitivity, long-term potentiation (LTP) synaptic transmission in spinal cord dorsal horn (DH) has emerged as an important contributor to pathology. Mechanisms that underlie LTP DH neurons include changes numbers, activity, and properties ionotropic glutamate receptors (AMPA NMDA receptors) voltage-gated Ca2+ channels. Here, we review roles these channels induction expression LTP, present this within framework anatomical organization circuitry DH. Moreover, compare plasticity with classical described for hippocampal synapses.
