摘要: The macroscopic reproduction of the various solid-solid interfaces expected in synthesis BaTiO3 from BaCO3 and TiO2 enabled us to describe reaction stages visualizing diffusion entities concerned as well domains undergoing transformation. following results were established or confirmed, (a) Firstly, metatitanate forms at expense by barium BaCO3. (b) Secondly, orthotitanate Ba2TiO4 layer (c) Finally, is converted into releasing an unidentified species BaO stoichiometry which diffuses towards through form BaTiO3.
