摘要: The present study aimed to investigate the potential role of microRNA‑448 (miR‑448) in isoflurane-induced learning and memory impairment rats. Sprague‑Dawley rats were used for construction isoflurane‑treated models. Morris water maze test was evaluate effects isoflurane on regarding following para-meters: Swimming speed, escape latency time original quadrant. Influences neuron apoptosis miR‑448 expression rat hippocampus tissue analyzed by flow cytometry reverse transcription‑quantitative polymerase chain reaction, respectively. Furthermore, cell apoptosis‑associated proteins investigated cytometry. results demonstrated that treatment induced higher lower spent quadrant compared with control In addition, highly expressed hippocampal Bcl‑x significantly downregulated while caspase‑3 upregulated an inhibitor. Combined current indicate knockdown may have pivotal roles improving via suppressing apoptosis.
