摘要: In this study, o/w emulsion flotation experiments were conducted by adding methylated milk casein (MeSC). Emulsion used in study was prepared ultrasonic emulsification of heavy oil (bunker-A) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) solution. A simple kinetic model proposed to estimate the removal rate droplets within column. The based on main assumption that adsorption single droplet adsorbed MeCS or floc onto bubble surface Removal constant, K, defined k(a)X(s) (S(b)τ/V), where k(a) X(s) are overall saturated density floc, S(b), τ V production rate, retention time swarms volume column, respectively. with varying operating conditions; superficial gas velocity, column dimension volume. K evaluated from slope value obtained straight line plotting versus ln (T/T(0)), T/T(0) is relative turbidity. mostly proportional which corresponds specific area per unit present experimental region. This result suggested efficiency process mainly controlled swarms, fundamentally verified.
