摘要: Much is currently being made in feminist theory of the problems associated with liberal notion equality. Since it based upon an unacknowledged male norm, argued that any gains by women will ultimately be counter-productive as women's equality measured against capacities and abilities men. The solution offered feminists for to stress their specificity autonomy, thus ensuring a benchmark outside same/difference debate. Consequently, central intention this paper discuss how such debate operates within physical education program Queensland secondary schools. Using experiences five female teachers (gained through interviews conducted 1992 Brisbane), examine ways which range theoretical stances about relationship between sport/physical become articulated confines overtly masculine at times hostile mysogynistic curriculum.
