摘要: Abstract In this paper we present a synthesis route for an Y 2 SiO 5 sol derived from tetraethoxysilane and yttrium oxo-isopropoxide where the particles show significant particle charge. The dynamic light scattering method was applied to obtain information on relation between charging growth of these species. effect water concentration, pH employed aging time hydrolysis condensation amount mechanism were investigated. Synthesis parameters optimized allow electric field assisted deposition sol–gel low concentrated sols. Glassy carbon fibre reinforced composites with silicon/silicon carbide outer layer (C/C–SiC) used as substrates process.
