摘要: Triboelectric charges created by friction or contact of several kind materials are commonly referred to as a source troubles in most industrial applications, requiring their elimination cases. In contrast, the tribocharging insulating is crucial step for many electrostatic applications involving electric proper functioning. Therefore, acquired this case should be high possible attain best process performances. The triboelectric charging level depends strongly on surface state. context, Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD), which non-thermal energetic plasma, known its capability modify properties treated and consequently can affect behavior. purpose present work study effect DBD electrical parameters discharge characteristics and, therefore, subsequent behavior particles PVC. carried experiences include influence signal waveform, applied voltage amplitude frequency resulting charge PVC submitted discharge. DBDtreated were charged triboelectricity vibratory device 5 min. untreated DBD-treated was measured using Faraday pail connected an electrometer. obtained results show that variation current well distribution air gap. has been optimally enhanced about 25% when square waveform used with 27 kV 400 Hz frequency.
