Study on canceration law of gastric mucosal dysplasia based on syndromes of Chinese medicine.

摘要: To study the syndrome evolution law of Chinese medicine (CM) in patients with gastric mucosal dysplasia. Three hundred and twenty four dysplasia deficiency excess correlation syndromes were enrolled by a multi-center collaboration for two years’ clinical follow-up to detect levels tumor supplied group factors (TSGF) carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA). Among 324 cases, 29 cases turned cancer years, canceration rate was 9.0%. The three higher damp-heat accumulating Wei (胃) concurring or combining asthenia-cold Pi (脾) 16.7%; stagnation collaterals asthenia both qi yin 13.2%; Gan (肝) 8.0%, respectively. syndromes, highest level TSGF occurred former syndromes. In half year before carcinogenesis, took on concurrent involving blood Shen (肾) accounting 48.0%. Gastric dyspalsia polymorphism had characteristics Shen-yin-yang syndrome.
