摘要: Appropriate management of advanced dementia requires it to be recognised as a terminal condition that needs palliative care. Interventions during this stage should carefully chosen ensure the improvement or maintenance quality life person with dementia. Advanced care planning is an important aspect Carers and relatives educated encouraged actively participate in discussions related artificial nutrition, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) other medical interventions.
